February is a big month for birthdays in our family. Mimi's, my mom's, and Aunt Jill's followed in March by Mamaw's and mine. Lots of parties happen within this one month span.
Dad threw a little luncheon at Mimi's house for Mom's birthday. I won't say her age but pretty sure she's sporting some birthday gear in one of these pictures that may or may not give it away. :)
And then on Mom's actual birthday we threw her a little birthday dinner. By this point I think we're on sugar overload! Not that it stopped us from eating more cake, though. :)
We had lunch in March with Mamaw and Poppy-Ray and introduced them to Blake. Yes, it took me 8 weeks to get their great-grandson across the street to meet them. Not so good on my part. :(
And somewhere in there Blake turned 2 months and passed the 8 lb. mark.
Our little 8 lb. burrito. (He's an almost 11 lb. burrito now at 3.5 months!)
We checked out Dallas Blooms and the AMAZING tulips at the Dallas Arboretum. I think this was one of our first outings as a family of 4. We were pretty much sequestered at home until Blake hit 8 lbs. and we got through the winter season so this was the perfect "bust out of jail" outing. :)
And I think that pretty much catches us up to the present. Life is a blast with these 2 little guys....for the most part. ;)
